    First off, thanks for using the plugin. All of us here at Modern Tribe appreciate your support and, in turn, are happy to support you right back.

    We want to make sure we provide the best support possible, so we’ve set a few guidelines and expectations to help kick things off. Please read this post in its entirety before posting a new thread so we can all be on the same page and so we can help you as best we can.

    • We do not monitor this forum on a daily basis! It may take as long as 7-10 days to get a reply here in this forum. If you’re looking for a deeper level of support, then we encourage you to buy a license for Events Calendar PRO or any of our other premium add-ons. All premium licenses include access to our premium support forums on TheEventsCalendar.com, where we have a dedicated support team monitoring things on a daily basis. The premium forums guarantee a speedier and deeper level of assistance than we can offer here on WordPress.org.
    • The main priority of this forum is collecting bug reports. You are welcome to mention customization tweaks or integration issues, in case other users have ideas/suggestions they’re willing to share. Our support team will address these if there is existing documentation we can point you to on the subject, or a past forum thread with a resolution that may be of value — but the best way to get dedicated support for your questions will be with a premium license that provides you access to our premium support forum.
    • Marking threads Resolved We mark any thread that has been inactive for 1 month or longer as RESOLVED to help keep things organized. If you posted a thread more than a month ago and came back to find it marked “Resolved”, feel free to re-open it and continue the conversation. However, please do not re-open any Resolved issue that opened by someone else. We would prefer that you open a new thread because it makes it easier to find and ensures we will cover it on our next pass.
    • Don’t forget about our existing support resources. We have a treasure trove of articles available that cover many of the questions we see come up. And they’re available for free! Please do search there before opening a new thread because you may find the answer before our weekly pass here in the forums.

    We would love to help everyone out with every problem that arises while using The Events Calendar but, as a small company with limited support resources, we need to prioritize support for paying customers because that is indeed what keeps development for The Events Calendar moving forward. That said, we are committed to getting bugs with the plugin sorted and making sure it is as smooth a process as possible for everyone.
